Appointment Policies

Early Cancelation

An early cancelation is any session that is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

There is no fee for early cancelations. Early cancelations give another person an opportunity to achieve a greater sense of ease.

Late Cancelation

A late cancelation is any session that is canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

Any session canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full session rate, to be paid prior to the next session.

Medical Cancelation (including COVID-19)

A medical cancelation is any session that is canceled because you are not well enough to receive massage and/or you might be contagious. Cancelation fees are waived for medical cancelations, regardless of when the session is canceled.

Late Arrival

A late arrival is when a client arrives for their session after its scheduled start time. A session that begins after its scheduled begin time due to a client arriving late will end at the scheduled end time.

Clients late for their session will receive treatment during the remaining time of their session and will be charged for the full session.

No-Show

Clients who do not attend their scheduled session will be charged at the full session rate, to be paid prior to the next session.

Reminders

Reminders are a courtesy I happily provide. You are responsible to arrive on time whether you receive a reminder or not.

Payment

Payment in full is due at the completion of your scheduled session.
